Hyosung GV650SE
Limited edition of the GV650 featuring EFI, special gloss/matte black finish, Candy Red highlights, and it is embossed with "30 Anniversary xxx out of 1000". This model is limited to 200 bikes within the USA. The other 800 bikes are shipped to other countries so if you purchase one, you will have 1 of 1000 in the entire world, 1 of 200 in the USA.
This bike looks like a V-Rod but is 1/3 the price. Even at 1/3 the price, the bike has many high-end features like an 8 valve DOHC engine that
revs to 10,500RPM while putting out 80HP. It is water cooled, has a large capacity fuel tank, adjustable foot pegs, dual front disk brakes and a two year warranty.
The bike employs a belt drive system which is 3 times better than the chain-type plus this belt drive is quieter and maintenance-free.
The really big news is that a major magazine has reviewed the Hyosung GV650. In fact, the magazine, Motorcycle Cruiser in the July 08 issue, did a shootout between the GV650, a Suzuki Boulevard, and a Yamaha V-Star. Needless to say, the GV650 just killed the other bikes; Suzuki and Yamaha were not even close to the features, price point, horsepower, and warranty of the Hyosung bike. The editors loved it and voted it the highest points in almost all categories. For example, the Hyosung has about double the horsepower of the other bikes. It is a great story and goes on for about 8 pages. The story has both road tests and comparison tests of the features and specs.
